On my plate - Chilli garlic noodles and Manchurian gravy.

Recipe for Chilli garlic noodles :

•In a wok, heat oil on high and sauté garlic cloves and red chillies.

•Further sauté spring onions and onions until the raw smell goes away.

•Now add in green capsicum, red capsicum and veggies of your choice and sauté on high flame.

•Add chilli sauce, soy sauce, vinegar (optional),pepper powder, sugar and salt, sauté on high flame.

•Add in cooked noodles or cooked rice (if you're cooking chilli garlic rice), mix well and make sure spices and sauces are coated well with noodles.

•Further add chilli flakes and spring onions.

Recipe for Manchurian gravy :

•In a large bowl add grated carrot, cabbage, finely chopped spring onions, onions, ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon chilli sauce, salt and mix well.

•Add maida, corn flour, squeeze and mix well to a dough by adding maida again if required.

•Prepare small sized balls and deep fry them until crisp and golden brown.

•Drain them and keep aside. In a wok, heat oil, sauté ginger, garlic cloves, green chilli, spring onions and onions and stir well.

•Add capsicum until it shrinks slightly.

•Add vinegar, soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, pepper powder and salt.

•Stir fry making sure all the sauces are well combined.

•Add some water and boil on medium flame. Mix corn flour with water in a small cup, make sure it's lump free.

•Pour in corn flour slurry, continue to boil until the gravy thickens and become glossy.

•Add in prepared veg manchurian balls, spring onions and mix well.

Now, let's dig in and enjoy them both 😍
