Homemade eggless chocolate banana cake with exxxxxxtraaaa chocolate chips on a pressure cooker (because I do not have a microwave oven to bake).

So, let me be honest here. The texture of the cake was super spongy inside but a little more sugar should have been added to the cake batter to make it more delicious. I was fooled by the sweetness from the bananasšŸ˜…. Anyway, do lick the batter twice before baking it. If it's super sweet, then it's good to go. If you don't have a sweet tooth, then you can get fooled by the natural sweetness of the ripe bananas added and bake it right away! Enough talking, now let's get baking!

• Firstly, blend chopped banana and sugar.

• Furthermore, add some curd, olive oil and 1or 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.

Further, add wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder and pinch of salt.

• Sieve all together making sure there are no lumps. Mix well.

• Furthermore, add ½ cup chocolate chip and mix everything together using "cut and fold" method. Be gentle, my babies.

• Transfer the batter to the cake tray or any vessel that would fit inside your pressure cooker.

• Pat the tray twice to remove the air that's already present in the batter.

• Top with few more chocolate chip to look beautifulšŸ˜.

• Preheat a pressure cooker by evenly spreading out salt to the base of the pressure cooker, place a cooker rack or any cup based on the vessel/tray you use for baking. Close the lid and preheat removing the gasket and whistle for 10 minutes.

• Now carefully place the cake tray into the cooker. Don't burn you fingers šŸƒšŸ»ā€ā™€ļø.

• Close the lid without gasket and whistle and let it bake for 40 minutes.

• Furthermore, insert a toothpick at the centre and check. if it comes out clean then the cake is done. else cover and bake for another 5 minutes.

• Allow the cake to cool completely and later cut into slices and serve.

• Serve the eggless banana cake or store in airtight container.
