It's creamy, cheesy and rich in taste yet very easy and less time consuming to prepare. Here goes the recipe. Enjoy and let me know if you liked it 🄰

~ Heat water mixed with drops of oil and a little amount of salt and let it boil. Once the water boils, add in pasta and cook until 90ā„… ( Al Dente).

~ Turn off stove, drain water from pasta and pour cold water on it to stop the cooking process. This way, the pasta isn't sticky/soggy when mixed with the red pepper pasta sauce.

~ On a pan, heat oil and roast diced red bell peppers until they're soft and black spots appear. Keep aside.

~ To the same oil, pour in finely chopped garlic and onions. Let it cool and then transfer it to a blender. To the blender, add tomato puree (instantĀ  or homemade), milk or almond milk (vegan option), fresh cream or cashew paste (vegan), parmesan cheese or vegan cheese and blend smooth.

~ Heat the pan again, pour the blended paste and bring it to boil and cook well. Once it boils, add in chilli flakes, italian herbs, red chilli powder and salt to it. Mix them well. Once everything is combined well, add in cooked pasta and stir well without breaking the pasta.

~ Garnish fresh herbs and load it with cheese of your choice.

~ Finally, enjoy the creamy red pepper pasta with garlic bread (recipe on my next post) because it's finger licking gooooood! šŸ˜šŸ¤¤
