My first ever post on this page and I wanted it to be cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeesy! So here is the recipe for the spinach cheese balls I made last week. Recipe : â Firstly, in a large kadai heat oil and sautĂ© clove garlic, ginger, green chilli and onion. â Now add palak and sautĂ© till the palak shrinks. â Cool down the mixture completely, and transfer to the blender. â Add water as required and blend to smooth paste. Make sure not to add more water. â Transfer the palak puree into large mixing bowl. â Add in bread crumbs, corn flour and salt (as per your taste). â Combine well to form a dough. Add more bread crumbs if the dough is watery. Make sure you have enough bread crumbs and corn flour available with you. â Now grease hands with oil and take a ball sized dough. â Flatten by pressing gently. â Now place a small cube sized cheese (I made a small ball of local brand store bought cheese slice) and get the edges together. You can also place sweet corn or mushrooms if you like to eat your cheese balls with veggies. â Seal well and make a ball without any cracks. else cheese will melt and create mess while frying. â Further deep fry in medium hot oil. â Stir occasionally without making any cracks on cheeseballs and till the cheese balls turn crisp. â Finally, serve palak cheese balls / spinach cheese balls with some ketchup (if you prefer). Tadaaaaaaa! Enjoy them hot with cheese melting on your lipsđ„â€
